Privacy policy
INDUSTRYX respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The controller for the processing of your data is INDUSTRYX, established in The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: Pending (registration in progress). You can reach us at privacy@industryx.co.
2. What data we collect
- Contact details you submit through our contact or intake form (name, email, company, topic, message).
- Account data when you sign in to our team portal (email, hashed password held by our auth provider, session tokens).
- Technical data automatically recorded when you visit (IP address, browser, timestamp, pages) through server and error logs.
3. Why we process this data
- To respond to your enquiry or request (basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
- To keep our team portal working securely (basis: legitimate interest).
- To operate, secure and improve the site (basis: legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping).
4. Retention
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after resolution. Account data is kept while your account is active. Server logs are anonymised or deleted within 90 days.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We do rely on processors for hosting, authentication and email. These parties may only use your data on behalf of INDUSTRYX and are bound by a data-processing agreement. Where possible we choose processors located within the EU.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on the database, role-based access control and logging of administrative actions.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@industryx.co. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
