INDUSTRYX is a creative network of premium brands. Registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce is currently in progress; the KvK number will be published on this page and in the imprint as soon as it is issued.
2. Use of the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to contact us. You may not use the site in any way that causes harm, disrupts other users, or violates applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, logos, code, designs — is owned by INDUSTRYX or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.
4. Enquiries and quotes
Enquiries submitted through the contact or intake form are non-binding. An agreement is only formed once both parties confirm in writing. Unless agreed otherwise, our project-specific terms apply to every engagement.
5. Liability
We do our best to keep the site and its information current and correct but give no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDUSTRYX is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the site.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
